Shipping Time: Orders are usually shipped within 5 to 7 business days after payment is received. Each item is made to order to avoid overproduction and minimize environmental impact.

Carrier: Packages are shipped via Mondial Relay with a tracking number.

Delivery without signature: Most packages are delivered without signature. Delivery with signature is available on request for an additional fee.

Tracking: You will receive an online tracking link to monitor your shipment.

Shipping Costs: Fees include handling, packaging, and shipping, and vary depending on the total weight of your package.

Order grouping: We recommend combining all items into a single order. Separate orders are shipped individually, and shipping costs apply to each.

Fragile items: Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items, with appropriate packaging.
Return Policy
We take great care in the quality of our 3D printed creations.
If your item shows a manufacturing defect, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return.

Returns are accepted only for defective items.

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to report the issue.

A prepaid return label will be sent by email (France only).

For returns from outside France, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

The item must be returned complete and in its original packaging.

Once the item has been inspected and confirmed defective, a full refund will be issued.

If the product is not defective or has been damaged through misuse, we will discuss a fair and reasonable solution (exchange, repair, or partial refund).
